Okay This is alot to ask for free but i will give you the basics.
I can see why you are questioning love and marriage because a saturn the planet of "hardships" had been transiting your 7 th house of marriage/close personal relationships. You either married during the last 2 yrs or got rid of a relationship that was not really fulfilling for you or both perhaps. That aspect is over si you should now have a renewed sense of where you stand with your signifigant other.
