not a vitamin deficiency.it's because you sniffed gasoline once and became addicted, so the more you craved it and smelled it, the more brain cells you lost.due to the gradual loss of brain cells, you lose the ability to control yourself even though you know it's destructive.basically, it's a deficiency of brain cells.once brain cells are gone, they're gone, so stop now while you're still conscious.

Iron deficiency anemia can make people crave weird non-food things to eat, according to webmd, but I haven't heard of it making people crave smells.

Oddly, though it is probably a coincidence, when I was anemic and didn't know it yet, I craved the smell of gasoline too and wanted to eat road salt (although I realized that sniffing gas and eating road salt are bad ideas and didn't actually do either. I would just breathe a little deeper when driving past a gas station, and look longingly at the salt while waiting for the bus.)

I don't know why everyone else assumes you're in the habit of sitting around breathing concentrated gasoline fumes.

Vitamins no. It could be and will be brain damage. Your brain cells literally are soluble in gasoline vapors..

Try tasting it. That'll get rid of your affinity for the smell.
