I just install a program on my Computer which has a Monthly Fee (No Spyware of any of that either), then I can access TV Stations all around the world, like Cartoon Network, XY, TNT, BBC America, Sci-Fi Channel, etc. I live in Canada so I can't get it on my TV, but what is a good website that offers this service?

Sorry Aaron

There is no free lunch as they say. Most of these web sites are scams with very poor video quality of old shows.

Just think about the infrastructure needed to support video streaming over the Internet for millions of people. Do you think a one time fee of $100 would pay for that?
And why should the satellite and cable companies would let something like that go on if it was for real?
