look into the bright side of everything. i know its easier said than done, but try loking at the glass half full.. remember, life is a matter of attitude.. life is like a game.,. we all have down moments and we all face discouragements, but its up to us on how we play it.
about your crush, here are the ways you can try: 1. try not to think about him.. 2. try not to know him more because the more you know him, the more likely you'll be attracted to him; 3.try not to get close to him or to see him often..

Most public libraries have enormous selections of self-help books regarding self-improvement, uncluttering ones life, surviving the loss of a love, positive affirmations, time management, and so much more. It would really be worth your time to check them out.

As far as your crush goes, getting into an exercise regimen, joining clubs, taking classes, getting together with friends and family, volunteering for a cause that is dear to you, starting a new hobby, etc. can keep you busy enough as to where that person will only be in the very back of your mind.

Taking a vacation, or at least a weekend camping trip can do wonders for one's perspective on life...do so as often as you can. Just try to keep busy with other activities.

Focus on your positives. As for your crush, do you still like that person? If you don't, just let it go.
