I'm interested in going into the field of engineering (biomedical or civil) and I'm a senior high school student. I want to find a good college in California that would be great for engineering. I've looked at Cal Berkeley, but are there any others to consider? My grades are pretty good (4.3 weighted cumulative, ACT 30, E.C activities etc.) so any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

If you want to major in engineering in California, there is only one choice - Cal Poly Tech.

What about Harvey Mudd College? It is one of the Claremont Colleges, and has a strong tradition in engineering. Cal Tech is another possibility, but very hard to get into.
