I'll give 2 thumbs up to any Lonesome Dove episode or series. I've read the books & think there's nothing better! After that, there are a varity of good movies, Silverado among others. Good stuff!

What western do I think...is best? Since it's got to be post-'50s, High Noon is out I guess. Hmmm...probably Shane, Little Big Man, and maybe Pale Rider. For a series, I loved HBO's "Deadwood", it stinks that they canceled it.
