(a) God doesn't care, or (b) Man doesn't deserve to be cared for?

This is a philosophical question, not a theological one.

Suffering is a part of life and so is evil. It's about raising your threshold against suffering & evil that counts most. Some may say it's God's way of making you stronger. Others might say it's a Godly act of your own will power. And they'd both be right... scientifically, philosophically and theologically.

It means that the choices of all of the planet, both nature & mankind have done things that bring about bad things.

For instance.....Man has sex with monkey....man spreads the killer AIDs all over the planet becasue one man was in to beastiology.

Nature has no control over what it does.......but because is the nature of what it is....
Cause & Effect An earthquake in the middle of the ocean sends a deadly wave killing all in it's wake.

Or Mankind invent way to travel quicker than a horse. The Car = depleting natural resources.
People immigrate into a valley filling it with smog etc. Then humans get lung cancer and respiratiory problems.
A woman drugs & drinks while pregnant = a brain damaged child.

Your a & b sounds more theological than philosphical to me.

God has no control over our choices. God is pure goodness....His will is for us to have all goodness and truth.
Mankind chose to cross the perfect creator. Even sinse then the whole planet is suffering from evil.

It sure sounds like a theological question to me.

The terms evil and good are subjective.
In your eyes one may quite commendable, but to another quite the opposite.
God is subjective. Choice a) is pretty broad - ranged for such a diverse subject. There are many types of religions, who have their own beliefs, and god(s). (yes, in some religion there is more than one god)
What it comes down to is life. stop blaming others for things happening to you.

Some don't deserve to be cared for but some are just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Alright, im going to answer your question they way I THINK it is...
I think its saying that when your trying to do your evil deed (or something) good actually comes out of it..
So instead of doing something bad, your doing something good.
Hence the evil suffering the good.
and no I dont say it..
