dodong and neneng. that's how you refer to a typical probinsiyano and probinsiyana, in colloquial language.

The only reference I can find to "neneng" is a Filipino person's name, which wouldn't have an opposite. Since I can't even think of something which might sound like that but be spelled differently, I'm afraid I can't help much.
