The average size in the US is 5.5 to 6 inches, when erect. There is nothing you can do; I believe genetics play a role.

Is your penis 3-4 inches when erect(hard)? If so, it's small. If it's 5-6 inches it's normal. If it's 7 and over it's big.
If you're 13-15 years and old and you're worrying, do not worry. Puberty stops at twenty one. You have a lot of growing if you're around 13-15. Don't be surprised though. It can stop growing at age 13-21 not just 21. Pray it will grow.

i don't have a penis but my little brother has a small one it is about 1 inch soft and 3 inches when i catch him masturbating he is 14. Yesterday i was at my friends house and she has a 2 year old brother and her mother had to change wet diaper and powder him and OMG i could not believe he was bigger than my brother

well my health teacher told my class the average size for an erect penis is about 7 inches,my ex bf's penis was about that size or maybe 6 1/2 it was very pleasing =] but it also grows with age(so i've been told)

Well i read somewhere that 5.5 inches is average so, wake it up and put a ruler to it. and if it is small than I'd take Katherine W's advice.
