i usually blast some music, bother some people online, take it out on the people around me, or paint on sneakers...

Do something that you love to do thats active like running, riding a bike, playing a sport, boxing anything to take it off your mind for a while. When you get done you might still feel a little anger but it would be a lot less. By the way you're real cute

Exercise... get out and walk or run. I did taekwondo for a while, that was great for channeling anger into focus on physical moves, wish I hadn't stopped. If more frustrated than angry I do laps in the house... upstairs, downstairs, around and around and around the island in the kitchen.... Sometimes I'll talk to myself, talk out why I'm angry. Or write it if I'm really angry. For some reason, expressing it that way instead of just thinking about it helps.

Like a lot of people I hold it in as long as I can. Mostly because I like to have more information than what got me mad. I have a bad temper, red head, and Mostly I resort to hollering and getting away from the source of the anger. To the point of taking people out of my group of friends, if need be.

Take a walk until I cool off, exercising, keeping busy, traveling, soaking myself in a bath tub full of warm water, etc. But never ever take out your anger on someone else- this applies to everyone!

Get a punching Bag.I'm no theripest it takes out a lot of problems.Or go to the jim get some weights and start working out and as your doing all of this think about your problem and work it out.It will make you feel great and keep you out of trouble.

How do you take out your anger ?
Very carefully --
On a heavy logging chain leash -- with armed guards and ---when I can -- with helicopter support overhead !!
It has been known to get out of hand easily and when it does
it is NOT pretty !!

Do you ever listen to John tesh on the radio? well he said if you get mad while driving you should bark like a dog. at first i thought how stupid, but when some jerk did cut me off i barked instead of yelling. Of course i did not bark hard enough for people to hear. LOL.

I ended up taking tennis on board for my sport,which I love dearly,I imagined that the person who was hurting me was at the other end of the court,I hit very hard,I took it out on the poor ball but it worked.
