I've managed to fill in my ribs but I cannot seem to be less bony on my shoulders and chest...I'm a vegaterian and my diet mainly contains LOTS of fruit and veggies...nuts and milk and water and here and there carbs...a a week ago I quit cross country but I still work out but not everyday....what am I doing wrong?
