Because OJ is a horrible man. He got away with murder and then expected to make millions off of the book that would explain how he did it, if he killed them,

when a man goes on televised trial for double murder for over a year and then gets acquitted, it's hard for people to let go.
and most recently... he is currently under investigation by Las Vegas Police for his involvement in an armed robbery for breaking into somebody's hotel room and taking various sports memorabilia, that he says belonged to him, at GUNPOINT...
there's no reason to "leave him alone" with accusations like that.
