He took the Bucs to the Superbowl a few years back, but that was with a team he inherited, and he hasn't done much since.

He did a good job with Oakland (who he played in the SB the year after he left). He should have stayed there and built upon his foundation, but let his ego get to him. He took a Bucs team he inherited, took all the credit, then realized that there wasn't a whole lot there to work with. He let himself get too big for the game and needs to get back to the basics.

Not my problem as a fan that he doesn't have a lot of talent in his team. he made the picks and acquisitions. he should have built the team and found the right players and back ups.
who is Tampa back up running back?? he had all summer to think about that and what did he do ? Nothing.
i like the coach but i don't understand him sometimes.
Despite all of that yes. he is a good coach and will have no problem finding a job anywhere in the NFL.

He caught a very lucky break on getting the Bucs when he did and it shows when he got a team that needed a coach who he really is. I think he is just mediocre at best.

Well, he did a great job with the team that Tony Dungy built.
If he would have stayed in Oakland, they would be worse then they are now.

No, and he shouldn't let the door hit him in the butt on his way out of Tampa at the end of the season.

I think he is a good coach he just hasn't had much talented players since then.
