The awards are all for different things, so they're not different really in importance...

Academy Awards (oscars) are given for movies, in addition to SAG awards, Golden Globes, etc.etc.

Emmys are given for television shows

Tony's are for broadway plays and musicals that opened that year... other theater awards are the Drama Desk, the Equity Awards, etc

Grammys are for music


...there are lots of prestigous awards in all those areas, but those 4 are the most well known of each field. none are really "more important" though

These awards have less to do with acting and more to do with politics. They are only important in that those who get them can demand more money for their next job. Other than that they are ego-fodder
