OK so my dad is going to take my phone in because the external screen on it is cracked. this has happened before, and since i have insurance on it, they just send me a new one. but before they gave me a whole new phone, like every 3 phones, you get a new phone. so i was wondering, this is my 3rd SYNC so can i get an iPhone as a new phone or will i have to pay for it? because the last time, i got it for free.

you only get da same one (style) for free. Iphone is da most expensive phone on da market now, they aint just gonna give
it 2 u like tat. I've worker 4 cingular, and i remeber we only replaced their broken phones w/da same ones. if theyve been discontinued, then u gonna have 2 pay da diff.
