Well there is more then just the camshaft to consider in figuring power. Valve size, Rocker arm Size,Stroke & Bore, Intake Carberation.
The cam that you show here has quite a bit of Duration, and not much lift.
Also you need to know that there is advertised lift & Duration and Actual Lift & Duration.
A 275/284 cam would be just about pefect for what you want, No real Lopey, Nice Idle Excellent performance, good vaccum.
This is a Hydralic camshaft so you would need the lift kit.
At least a 750CFM Carb with a true direct flow intake, Mid Plenium.

duration isnt the only thing to look at or cam specs. lift, overlap, lobe center angles, also need to be considered. the best way to select a cam though is to first decide what rpm range you want the engine to operate in about 80% of the time. for the street this is normally in the 1000-5000 rpm range.

i would say however that the cam you have selected, based on the information you have given, is going to be somewhat of a dog until about 2500-3000 rpm.

I doubt you can tell the difference when it is installed unless you have seriously altered or changed the engine heads and intake manifold from something like an oval port to a rectangular port.

Good Luck!
