i can use a link or someone who personaly has one or a friend that has one. i just need a lift i can afford. it can be used i dont care. someone please help me get one for my truck!!!!!

Check at AutoZone or PepBoys or JC Whitney. These kits are relatively cheap and come with the parts and pieces to link the steering column/gear box to the linkage and other necessary stuff.
I think they're still under $200 for the whole kit.

I would HIGHLY suggest you think twice then thrice prior to mixing suspension and body lifts. Body lifts are kind of gay anyway.
