I was doing some homework for my History class about the original settling in America. Can someone check my work?

Don't forget... That BIG GRAY AREA was already colonized for tens of thousands of years... List those people, too!

I have to agree on the settling of the gray areas. Some of these go back four thousand years in the Sandusky valley. There were actually cities that were established but, what happen to them, most probably drought?

The French, they were all over the place, the west and the Missippi valley, the South, Florida.

I wonder why the French are down in the Chesapeake region and not near the mouth of the St. Lawrence.
