I think a lot of people hide behind being anonymous on a site like YA and use it to say things that they would never dream of saying to a co-worker or a neighbor if they asked the same question face to face. It is sort of an alter ego power trip for some and to others an attempt to get under your skin and annoy you as they play out their little games.
