Okay, I've posted a couple of times, on how bad this b itch is. I haven't talk to this person in 5 years! We haven't said more than 2 words to each other! Well atleast I haven't mainly because he's a negative person, that makes everybody around him life a living hell! Yesterday, He told my mom that he was looking for our dogs( 2 dogs), with a belt intending to hit the hell out of them. He then got his evil hand on them, and threw them out side, when I came home, I saw that they we're hot and hungry, so I let the poor things in. This devil comes in my room, and starts yelling at me, remember we don't even talk to each other, he's calling me a *****, and everything, I swear I was about to start swinging, we've fought before! Than he gets his hands on them, hits them and put him out again, with no food might I add. Than my mom lets them inside, to go to sleep with her, and at 3 A.M, he goes to her room, and start yelling at her, calling her a *****, and threathing her! What can we do???

My mom would have been left that devil, but it would be hard to make a living, She has no education, and is in serious debt, we also don't have alot of family support.

Get out of there quick ! You need to take your mom and those 2 wonderful dogs and leave. There are shelters/friends that will help you two get on your feet again. And yes, she can file bankruptcy, get a divorce and make his *** pay child support and alimony. And the courts do not need to disclose where you two live since he is physically threatening. Call the cops and tell them that you are afraid for your life. Even if you're not. That'll get them out there and him arrested.

There are shelters all over the country that would take you and your mom in and help your mom get skill training and a job.
She can file bankruptcy for her debts.
There are no excuses for staying in a violent relationship, just fear. Your mom needs to leave asap.

Well this is not only a deal for the animal rescue to take care of... the coppers need to get invleved some how!

Report him. Sure you may have some problems getting financially well again, but would you rather be attacked and yelled at everyday or maybe even killed?

Call the APPA (Animal Abuse Prevention Agency). They should be able to do something about him for abusing the poor dogs. =[
And call the police on him for harassment towards you and your mom, that may also include the animal abuse. ._.

U could have him arrested for animal abuse & neglect. Also if he's threatening to harm u or actually doing physical harm to you. your mom that is illegal too so call the cops.
