No there is no bank called Falcom BV in the Netherlands.

The website of the Dutch central bank can tell you which banks there are. All banks in the Netherlands must be registered at the Dutch Central Bank De Nederlandse Band (www.dnb.nl). It is not registered as a bank.

Falcon runs a scam. Be aware! Falcon is not a bank as it sometimes says.

It runs a fake lottery.

No, FALCON BV is definitely a scam, and you will find more info about this scam if you type FALCON BANK AMSTERDAM in google.

If you are ever in doubt again about a bank in The Netherlands, you can request information from De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) in Amsterdam.

DNB Information Desk:
You can call DNB Information Desk Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 hours. If you call from abroad please dial +31 20 524 91 11. Or send an email: info@dnb.nl

I did google it for you, and I find a lot of questions about a bank called Falcon BV in Amsterdam.
Each time again in is about one of these scams about you winning a lottery or having money in an account for which you have to pay money.

There are several companies called Falcon BV that are honest businesses, as far as I see not into banking but I have not checked all entries, so unless you give more details, I can not be 100% sure.

But for now, do not trust any bank that does not have a big, easy to find, website.

No.

Falcon BV as bank is used in a couple of known scams.

DO NOT reply to any message you get from them.
Delete them, or report them as spam to spamcop.net.

As the others say, you're right to be suspicious. There are several 419 scan watches on internet and that bank name looks a lot like this one:

If that's the scam; here are instructions on what to do with it;

This is a good forum for more info: http://www.419legal.org/

I appeared it up in the telephone e book and googled it. in basic terms an airline via that call and a fashion center got here out yet no monetary corporation. If there replaced right into a monetary corporation, it would have arise. So in case you needed to deliver your funds there, shop it on your pocket ;)
