I'd like for my Mother to regain her eyesight for the next 20 years. (She's 87, now)

For the today
I'd like animal abuse to become a felony and for it to be a Capital Offense. So that by causing an animal's death, it could be punishable by death. So all these mean hateful persons who hurt animals could be put to death.
Yes, that's what I would really need.
I'd give up everything that I had, if this were made possible.
