Haven't you heard about all those amazing things that he has done in the NFL? Me neither! He was another bust at qb just like rick mirer. He was on the Oilers (currently titans) in 1998 and eagles roster in 2000, after playing in NFLE. He is currently the qb coach at notre dame (no wonder they are struggling at qb this year!)

He played with the Amsterdam Admirals of NFL Europe in the spring of 2000.On March 1, 2005, Powlus returned to Notre Dame as the football team's director of personnel development under Head Coach Charlie Weis. He's an assistant with Notre Dame. He played in NFL Europe for a season, and was on the roster for several NFL teams before taking the job with ND.

Struggled. Rode bench in Philly, never amounted to much and pretty much faded into obscurity.
