Meguiar's PlastX, available at Walmart, Canadian Tire, Autozone, places like that, and it is good for oxidized plastic headlight lenses as well. Less than $10.00.

Always use a soft cotton cloth like and old t-shirt and a tiny bit of dish soap mixed in water.

Don't use any paper products as these will scratch the plastic and harsh cleaners that have ammonia in them can make the plastic rigid or less flexible.

If the plastic window is "fogged" due to sand blasting from the road or past cleanings with paper products then it will have to be polished with a super fine polish (liquid car poilsh) or emery cloth of like 600-1000 grit and water. (Wet sanded)

Good Luck!
