From a girl's point of view - when I think sexy male, an image of Brad Pitt in that Greek warrior movie he made immediately comes to mind. Yum! A nice body, sandals, and a toga with nothing under it sounds yummy to me!! Doesn't matter if you don't look like Brad. All the men in that movie were sexy!!

I don't know how hot pirates were until Johnny Depp starred as one. So I'd suggest a Johnny Depp character. For example, his eyeless character in Once Upon a Time in Mexico would be a great (hot) Halloween costume, or perhaps something seedy and debaucherous like Rochester from the Libertine. Or an staple lead from Tim Burton, i.e. Willy Wonka, Ichabod Crane, Edward Scissorhands, etc.

Count Dracula is always a fun guy. You could walk around pretending to bite people in the neck.

A gladiator, a trojan, a warrior, something fight-fight-macho. Girls love it =], as long as you have some sort of pack and muscle. But hey, hot can be funny too. Be Austin Powers. Or Elvis. Get creative, ask girls you know about their celebrity crushes. Personally I think being one of the Gotti boys is hot. Bling, sexy bod, its all good.

I think it would depend on your physique but a latin character such as Zorro or Don Juan Demarco would be sexy and a lot of girl's enjoy the Pirate look.
