are there any other teams that does the terrible towels besides steelers

I don't know for sure of any other teams using towels to the extent the Steelers do. To clarify the answer above about the Vikings, I know they have "Purple Pride" towels, but they aren't used on the same level as the Steelers. The Twins have had different versions of the "Homer Hankie", when they have made the playoffs.

The "Terrible Towel" is exclusive to the Steelers. It came to be from a staement/comment from sprtscaster, Myron Cope.

Yeah a bunch of teams actually do it, not only in football. Its not exclusive to the steelers fans. They just happened to name theirs.

the towel is for all the crappy fans to wipe themselves with because they are all so full of crap!
