their phone is either off, dead, out of service like in a valley or mountains or they just have crappy reception, or every time you call they immediately click to deny call, but i doubt its the last one because i dnt think sumbody would be a le to get to their phone to deny a call b4 youheard a ring every time you call, so its pri one of the first ones, nuthin much really to worry about. hope i helped!
