What government department must be informed after a fire at a childcare?

Health and Human Services, especially the licensing department for daycare's.

If they were caring for more children than allowed without a license that becomes a state matter. If someone is put at risk because of it, it becomes a police and a DHHS matter. It may also become a child neglect issue! Or it may just be a criminal matter, depending on the issue.
