I think it's very pretty! I especially like the spelling of Emylee :) I would have never thought of that. But the only problem is that if you go on vacation and try to find her name on stuff it might not be spelled that way :( BUT don't name a child b/c you can't find things with her name on it, lol.

It looks kinda cute spelled like that, but I'd be afraid people would think its pronounced Emy-Lee (like two names put together...Emy and Lee). Emily is so popular right now....Its #1 on the popularity list in the US. I dont get it when people think that just because they change the spelling of a name that its all the sudden unique...and then it just complicates everything b/c no one knows exactly how to pronounce it. I dont like Raine with it. Rose would sound nice though. I think it would be cute if you did a name that she could be called Emy for short...like Emaline or Emalyn. Even if you do choose the name Emylee, I think it would still be nice to call her Emy for short...so much cuter and more different than Emily.

Love the way you spell Emylee, but it is a very common name! I like Emylee with the nick name Emma. Raine is ok, like Emylee Renae better.

Is Emylee pronounced "Emily"? If so, your daughter is going to have a lot of trouble growing up. One of my best friends was named "Nicholle" instead of "Nicole" and she (daily) had problems with this. Everybody either misspelled or mispronounced her name.
I prefer to let the child make the name unique; an Emily can be a special person without a special spelling of her name.

It's alright.
Try Emilie Rain(e) if you're looking for a unique spelling. Emylee is a bit too much.

I think they are very pretty, but I don't like the way you spell it.
Why not simply Emily? It will be much more simple for the girl to learn to write when she grows up.But is seems a common thing these days that people try to make names more original by spelling them in the most awkward ways. I must say I find it not good.
Emily Rain is just as nice....
Good luck and enjoy the baby

She'll spend her whole life dealing with the odd spelling and it will be annoying.
A name spelled that way would make me think her mom was illiterate.
(The point is not whether you are literate or not - clearly you are literate since you can post. The point is how the name will look to someone who doesn't know anything about your daughter but her name.)

I love that! When I was pregnant we picked Rayne to be the middle name if it was a girl, but we had a boy. Same pronunciation, but different spelling. I like how you spelled both names as well. It's a very pretty name!
