No. I don't loan anything that I'm not willing to give away. On the other hand, I wouldn't consider it stealing, if it was already yours to begin with.

If I repeatedly asked for it back and they wouldn't return it I would get it back myself. But I wouldn't consider that stealing since it is my rightful property.

yes i have done it before, i lent my brother in law my car and he said that he needed for about a week. after two months i got a little upset when he would not even answer my calls so one night i went to his house and picked it up!
