Let's start with the 2nd compound.

Calculate the molecular mass
Using 50.0 grams, calculate the moles.
Multiply that by 6 to get the moles of oxygen atoms (look at the formula)
Multiply by 6.02x10E23 (Avogadro's number) to get atoms of oxygen
N atoms are the same.
Divide by Avogadro to get moles of N in first compound.
Divide by 4 to get moles of the compound

Enjoy!
