yes ...i've done it twice...call the jerry springer show and give them your friends # and just think of some thing to tell the people that answer the phone (at jerry springer) they really call back quite a few times its funny lol

go to youtube and look up prank calls, they have great ones there, but otherwise, i would say that you should call:
Chinese Resturaunts
People you know won't call the cops on you
Pizza Places
Video Stores (ask for porn, lol)
Call two people and have them talk to each other
that's all i can think of off the top of my head, but i'm sure you have a great imagination and can think of something,
Have Fun! (and bring a couple friends, its not nearly as fun alone)

Pick out an incredibly difficult name to spell and probably pronounce. Keep saying it Mr. Ketchicoulimin or whatever you find. For example I might say Mr. Keshimeshi or Kechatigerlimin (Have fun with it.) After the guy is annoyed and you finally pronounce his name ask if Haily is there (or any of your friends name). Then say Sorrrrry and hang up.

call like a youn person's house or 1 of your friends but remember to block your number, also remeber to disguise your voice and make it sound like Vanessa's and say, " Hi, this is Vanessa Hudgens and i'm at _____ ( whatever restaurant u want) would u like to come there and eat dinner with me and then go to the mall? and then hang up (if they ask u y ur voice sounds different, say u hav a sore throat.

First disguise your voice,then come up with a fake name,dial a number and say is this the pizza place,if they say no you say o i thought it was! well i will be waiting for my extra large pizza,if it is not deliverd within 10 min,you will give it to me free! thank you!bye!
