i've got had the two ensue. i've got had the post workplace return the letter requesting the wonderful zip code or I even have had them grant it, it purely gets delayed in the technique. yep sure will, as long as the address like 123 lightfoot road. and the city are written on there they will take care of the letter ...the mailman will probably write it if its local and someone else in the post office will ensure that the mail is correct if the letter is traveling.
