Nothing happens to the draft picks...It will be like 31 teams drafting in the 1st or 2nd or 3rd round instead of 32...

It doesn't go to anybody, they just erase it from the board and every other team moves up one slot. So if they loose their first round draft pick, instead of there being 32 picks in the first round, there will only be 31.

They won't do anything with it, it will just disappear. It won't be awarded to any team. For that round, it will just appear like the Patriots don't exist.
