It says what it is..........a chevron two piece sundress. The chevron is the gold pattern that's V-shaped. Have you ever seen a soldier with a patch in the shape of a V on his uniform? Depending on his rank....he may have one or more. It is gold colored and military. So the dress leans towards this. It is two piece so you can wear the jacket or take it off and just wear the sundress. It is very nice and would fit in just about anywhere. Hope I helped.
Sorry.......I didn't see that you were just talking about the top. It is the pattern of a Chevron and is a shrug. Shrugs are sold just about anywhere.
