There are no way to make a penis larger with or without pills. It has been proven scientifically that nothing in the world will make a penis larger. But why would you want your significant other to enlarge his penis? Size doesn't matter. If he knows how to use it . Go to a website called talk sex with sue.com You can ask her through e-mail.

We have a friend that says he enlarged his penis expansively by using a very expensive pump. So, I checked out various websites and they all said that yes, you can make it bigger by pumping fluids into the penis but the effect is only good for 18 hours. Well, like Teresa said, "18 hours at a shot is good enough!" One thing that was noticed, it did not get rock hard. But! It was BIG!

The penis pump. You can buy them online at adult sites. Bigger always doesnt mean better though. So all the people making jokes keep in mind it is all how you use it. And yes you can make a giny tighter without stitches.

yes... its call a penis enlarger.. you can buy them from all adult stores..( in aussie not sure bout othewr places though) there from $60- few$100's it depends what size you want to go.... all they do is.... you put it on the penis and pump uptill you get the size you want then leave it on for awhile you keep doing it for a few weeks months and it will bcom that size, it just takes awhile... it also help to last longer in the sac... good luck

There is a surgery. They basically cut some tendons and the guy wears some weights (no kidding) for a while to stretch it. I don't think you can expect more than an inch increase, though, and this is flacid. I don't think it makes much difference when it's erect; I think it's more for ego-in-the-locker-room purposes.
