I probally spelled her name wrong, but I asked my son what the big deal was about Rhianna? So he let me hear one of her songs. All I could understand was "My umbrella, ella, ella, ella, hey, hey, hey." By the time the song was over, I felt like throwing every umbrella we owned in the trash. She is a pretty girl, but her music.....

I agree! Umbrella was so annoying. We don't want to hear every syllable in umbrella a million times in 3 minutes, geez.

i have no idea what the big deal is about her. i've heard her songs a few times, but it only reminds me of nails scratching a chalkboard and i begin to have thoughts of harming myself. There is nothing special about her in my book. She's pretty, don't get me wrong, but the songs are so annoying in a pre-teenish sort of way that i've long ago outgrowed. The only thing I've really heard about her, is that her legs are insured for like, millions of dollars and that in itself, is a rather stupid and conceited thing. But that's just my opinion. :)

I HATE UMBRELLA! It's obnoxious. Her voice bothers me. Shut Up and Drive I like, but that's only sometimes.
I also want to shove a few umbrellas up someone's rear.

not only do I dislike Rhianna but I also dislike Beyonce - their music is generic and monotonous - DAMN it's so annoying

I like her music but she's not talented. It's all marketing - like many of the singers now. It's all fluff but I enjoy some of it.

probably!! i luv rihianna's music to death!! i hated umbrella the first time i heard it, but it grew on me!!...i think that shut up and drive is her best, non-stuttering, song!!

She's garbage - all her songs are earworms. Plus if you've ever seen her interviewed, she's as thick as a plank.
