Do you wear braces, a hearing aid? Do you have a plate in your head, a pin in your hip, and giant metal belt buckle? Do you carry a blackberry, pager, satellite phone, pocket knife, glock? What kind of cell phone do you have?
It may take some time, but you should be able to find out what sets them off. Dress simply and carry nothing sometime, just to make sure it's not you.

You should try entering the store naked! Then, if you still make the security sensors beep, you probably have something implanted in you by some secret government agency!
Just kidding... my suggestion is to go into a store and just have someone hold things until you stop beeping when you go through. Maybe there's an article of clothing or something that you're wearing that still has the security marker on it and it just needs to be removed.

It is probably your cell phone - we used to see some customers who had certain types of phones that caused it to go off. The next time you are go into a store and you are with someone else, walk through the door and have your friend hold your phone/bag when you go through. If the alarm does not sound, then you can isolate what it is. If it still goes off, you must have something else you are wearin - like a belt buckle or jewelry that is setting it off.

My sister was beeping leaving Wal-Mart, and she just kept going...she said it happens all the time. Turned out the eyeshadow she had in her purse was setting it off. The store she had bought it from hadn't deactivated the security strip. Maybe something like that has happened with you. Try going through without your bag.

perhaps its the contents that is in your wallet, or if you have a swipe key (secuity key thing) on your key chains, try passing the items such as your bag only, wallet, keys, cellphone, book etc. and see what sets it off. im sure if you try it at your bookstore or something during the non busy hours you can figure it out what is causing it. (my best bet its a thing that is in your wallet or perhaps one of your books) if not then im not too sure what it would be

Are you wearing the same clothes or shoes each time? Some jokester may have removed a security tag and placed it on your shoe or clothing.
Otherwise, do you have any medical devices such as an insulin pump, etc.?

Check your items for magnets, they set off the detectors.
Good luck.
