I think it is okay to do this. Some people though don't realize they are being rude so you may have to be specific as to what you consider rude. If they don't consider it rude and feel they can continue to be that way, I would say you don't want to be with this person anymore.

Try this:
1) "Hey! You are being rude. Stop it!"
2) Repeat as necessary.

Just say the following: "what you problem?", "what is wrong?" and, " what's with your attitude?"!!!
