I work with a guy who walked up to a woman in a grocery store and said "Wow. You are beautiful!" She thanked him and the talked for about five minutes. He told her all about his wife and kids, and explained that he always heard that women like to get complimented on their looks. Really?

Well, this is a difficult question. I have had men tell me that I'm an attractive woman. But, I usually question his motives. I have actually had more men tell me that there is something very sexy about me. This doesn't seem to cause me to question his motives quite as much. Perhaps, it's because that type of comment is more vague. There are so many variables to consider when someone makes such a blatant comment. Wow, this is really a tough one, John. I guess I'm really more flattered when a man compliments me in a more vague way. He doesn't seem to come across to me as a creep when the compliment is not something like "Wow,you're beautiful." I feel he is a very superficial person when he focuses on only the exterior. Dang, John, you have me thinking, now!!! STOP IT!!! lol

I likely shouldn't answer this question but what the heck. No, I don't take that as a compliment but that's just the person I am. I'm always looking for the alternative motive. Silly me!

It depends upon how they go about it. If they hand me a $20 and ask for a lap dance or whatever, I tell them to f*** off. If they honestly come up to me and say, "Wow, you are just so beautiful" I'd be flattered, but I'd also be very cautious.

well if he's under 14 then i'll think it's cute

if he's 15-17 i'd be flattered...and comment back at him

if he's older than 30 then i'll just kick him in the nuts and call the police for being a pervert

BUT if he's like grandpa age....then i'll just think it's cute and thank him

yea it get's complicated

I am a grandmother for goodness sakes. If someone I didn't know, walked up to me and told me I was attractive, I would love it.
