I had the front wheel off today and the bearing is completely frozen. It was stiff before and now won't move at all.

The thing is that I can't feel the stiff bearing at all when riding the bike. Is it safe to ride the bike (gsxr 750) for 2-3 weeks with the bearings in this kind of shape?

i think the bearing went out because of landing too hard... steering head bearing is on its way out as well

no. take the wheel to a dealer and get new bearings.

WHY is it seized? Do you pressure-wash the bike and not grease the bearings? If so, the other parts are going to fail too, rear bearing, chain. Maybe swingingarm bearing, suspension components, whatever. How are your brakes?

Sounds like you left a spacer out when you put it back together. Wheel bearing don't go out unless some one messes up, like pressure washing it or assembles it wrong.

I don't know for sure but think about it do you really want to risk it. Even if you don't get hurt, which you most likely will, the fairing are not cheap and break easily, so you will have to pay an insurance deductible at the very least.

change the bearing, it can be dangerous. the longer you take to fix it the more it will cost. do not keep riding the bike.

Not safe at all. If it locks, you go flying.

Don't kill yourself, Ron.
I need you.
You're the only one who will poke at me anymore.
