Didn't you ever use the public restroom before? I know it's not nice to stare, but I do know what you mean.
When one of my boys were little, I insisted that their Dad or their Uncle Ray take them to the bathroom.
When the little fellow was only 3, he informed my knitting class that Uncle Ray had a great big P**P**. They just howled.
And he used hand motions to show how big.
So my advice is:
Go to the toilet & if other gentlemen are present, Please don't stare.

I don't think there's anything wrong with standing next to a man at a urinal.
I used to work at an office that had one of though long metal tub like urinals in the men's room. It was kind of awkward standing there next to men I worked with if they started talking with me.

No it is not wrong to stand next to a man at a urinal. What might be considered wrong is to talk to him, look down there or volunteer to shake his drops off for him. Just look down and let it flow.

If that's the way the urinal was constructed, then that is what
you gotta do when you gotta go! So what if you could see
the sights; it's no big thing, if you'll pardon the pun! I would
just do my business, wash hands, and make my exit.

That's not unusual at all most men don't normally care if someone sees there items. It is called a through urinal.

Most older places have them

well, It sure would be wrong if I stood next to him, but ...I am a woman. :)
Not sure of the ettiquette in the mens' room though I would just use the toilet in the stall because that is the sensible private place to go. Never understood why men set it up to see each other pee....lol.

It sounds like a very primitive system.
In prison, there isn't much privacy. That's part of why prison is a bad thing you want to avoid.
Sounds like that stadium is a bad thing that you should personally avoid, if you are sensitive to your privacy like that.

I don't use men's rooms (being a lady, and all) but I think you'll find the attached link amusing...
