You know, Monstrar, I wondered this, too, but never had the guts to ask it........but I don't think my parents would. But I have a friend on here, so she might come on and tell everyone.

What's the point of telling people on here?
It's really just some information.
Besides, they'd be too busy mourning and such.
Not getting on Yahoo Answers to tell random people on the internet I died.

Probably not, they don't know 1) the password, and 2) what the heck Yahoo Answers is. Oh, yeah, and also they don't care about what the world thinks happened to Echo.

Well I hope someone would remember old Fred fondly enough to mention it here.
In case not, here's my obituary now.
*** *********, known in Yahoo virtual reality as "Fred Rogers" died Tuesday in a freak accident involving a toaster oven and a Pepperoni hot pocket which exploded, killing him instantly.
He asked to be remembered for the good advice he tried to give when it was needed, and not the awful jokes he made when giving someone a smile seemed more important.
In lieu of flowers, he asked that a wikipedia page be vandalized with his Yahoo ID.

My family members are completely unconcerned with yahoo.
They would have a wonderful ceremony celebrating my life and the good I have done for the children of God and people in general. They would cry, but they would be happy, too.
That is, if they follow my wishes.

I think you would need to tell your mother about yahoo-answers and let her decide. then you could also start telling your friends that if you die to look out here.
