Can somebody please tell me who the secret "Troll Patroll'' are. I've heard alot of complaining of them.Why? What do they do. How do you get in. Why are people annoyed with them.
If you can anwer this, thank you very much. 10 points- tell me all you know about them.

The Troll Patrol are people who try to keep yahoo a decent place. They are against vulgar language, violence, graphics that are lewd or indecent, racism, and slanderous.
They report each person that breaks the community guidlines. They do not have the power to suspend accounts or block others use of YA. If enough people report an objectable question or answer, then it is up to Yahoo to decide what they will do about it.
To get into the troll patrol I would assume you have to contact Troll Patrol Boss.
People (Trolls) are annoyed because they can't get away with a bunch of crap on here without getting suspended.

Stephen K speaks the truth. as a FORMER member, i've been linked to at least 1000 questions and been ASKED to report pure filth like Skinhead Charlie, Bob B, Tom J, $mitty, et al. AND X-rated avatars. of course as counter-propaganda, the trolls in other guises WANTED and NEEDED you to believe otherwise, that the TP was reporting RESPONSIBLE USERS for avatar games etc. they feared the TP and obviously the hundreds of thousands of reports from 180 + people got Yahoo moving on actually, and FINALLY DOING SOMETHING. the new reporting system will enable responsible REPORTERS to almost singlehandedly cause filth and porn to be deleted INSTANTLY! the system WORKS. i HAVE seen it happen already!

I am a member of the Troll patrol.
Many people are annoyed as they feel that TP hits them for all caliber of questions.
This one for chatting, that one for not a question or an answer, another for repeat questions.
The purpose of TP is to remove question and answers that are obscene, promote violence, engage in race baiting, use offensive epithets and slurs or employ profane language.
If you want to ask a question about Britney Spears (which can be construed as chatting), go ahead; it personally does NOT bother me.
If you ask a question about Britney Spears choked with violent imagery and profanity, I will hose you down myself.
