I was there a few years ago. Really enjoyed the Elvis Museum and the Liberace Mansion Museum. Now, since I am going there again next December, I want to now of any other museums that might be appropiate for a :
1) R&R lover
2) Kitsch entuthiast

Let me tell you about one. It's east of the Strip at 755 East Flamingo Road and is the Atomic Testing Museum. The history of all the atomic testing and nuclear weapons research done at the Nevada Test Site. Since you say you like "kitsch", the gift shop has an action doll of Albert Einstein. Doesn't get more kitchier than that. Link below will show you more
