Not according to current theory... sort of
Current theory says that a black hole slowly 'evaporates' over time. As it gets smaller, the evaporation rate speeds up until it evaporates so fast that it looks like an explosion. The total energy released from the black hole is equal to the total energy it absorbed. But this is definately smaller than the amount of energy in the universe.
That said, some solutions to the current theory suggests that black holes can act like 'big bang seeds' to create a big bang in another universe (or rather another potential universe, since the new universe would not yet exist). It would not, however, happen within our universe. The new universe would be completely undetectable from our universe.

black holes have different gas in it so the black holes are gravitational pulling objects or something... it is created in space for the space to be clean like a vacuum cleaner ha ha.. but black hole isn't gonna be a big bang theory because big bang makes the gas became planet... maybe not to black hole...>.<

There are a few peole who argue that the Universe will, ultimately, all fall into black holes and that the black holes will fall into one another until they reach some 'critical point' at which it all happens again. But thre's no real scientific evidence that it has happened or could happen.

depends on how you lookk at it. a black hole is an entity in which the gracitational pull is so great that nothing can escape it...not even light....
the big bang was more of an explosion, but it didn't really have to do with the effects of a strong gravitational pull....

More like Big Crunches in waiting.
If they were Big Bangs we'd be gone when they go BANG!

i believe you are right because black holes keep absorbing so much. it has to explode in its own high density gravity some day.
