My husband will be returning home a few days before Thanksgiving after being on deployment to Iraq for the past 15 months. We are having our families up, they all live over 2,400 miles away and we havent seen them in over 5 years and we will be having a traditional thanksgiving meal turkey, potatoes, pumpkin pie etc

I'm not sure what we were doing yet. My hope would be to go to my mom's (we live in different states) and for my daughter and her guy to meet us there. Then we'd all go out to eat, so no one has to spend the day cooking and cleaning. Holidays are so much better when I get to see my loved ones.
I'd invite anyone in the 'seniors' section, I've 'met' some wonderful folks there.

I will be in Vegas from Sun until Thanksgiving. Will likely eat Thanksgiving Dinner in an airport like I did last year (warmed up pizza - mmmm), but oh did we have fun from Sunday to Thursday.

I will go to my moms! They always have all kinds of food. As for inviting people from answers, I would ask anyone who wants to come!
