My boyfriend tells me he can. He says he can tell when I am about to have one too, because he can feel me tense up, then the pulsing of the muscles when I have it.

Yes; he may be able to feel the contractions in the walls of the vagina, if he's the sort of guy that pays attention.

Sometimes a male can and sometimes not. It is not necessarily the contractions but the extra moisture in the vagina that a male can feel, especially if the male has not yet ejaculated.

feeling orgasmic, vaginal.uterine ...an so contractions? of course, yes, with an organ (penis, hand... ) at least so sentitive as the penis, but when both are, and can, so tightly (com)penetrate.
