Yes but too much caution can make you miss out on a lot!

definitly not always ! He who hesitates is lost !

generally you should go with your gut - because you might not think there is reason for it - but you are picking up on many things your not even conscious of - sometimes second guessing yourself especially with abstract caution isn't a good thing - but if the caution is raised by your gut feeling then it should be considered !
