You'll need two pieces of software...

The first is something that can burn DVDs. If you have a DVD burner then it probably came with Nero or something else to do this.

The second is DvdShrink (see the link below, it's free). Blank DVDs can only store up to 4GB of data, whereas commercial ones often contain more. DvdShrink reduces the quality of the DVD until it fits in the available space.

If you have a DVD drive and a DVD burner (2 separate drives) use a disc copy program, insert the DVD with files to copy in the regular and the DVD to burn to in the DVD burner....

If you only have one drive, you will first have to send dvd to the computer. insert dvd/go to my computer/double click on drive icon/right click on file/click send to and select my documents. after you complete this, you can load a blank disk and copy dvd back to blank disk.
